McCain performance a solid 5 out of ten

Obama is smart and he's personable and he's not going to be easy to beat in a debate.  Frankly, he's going to be impossible to beat in the campaign since the financial crisis hit.

A pretty good performance won't win the election.  Obama is pretty good on a normal day.  And he was pretty good today.

CNN exposes enormous lies by Obama about Ayers

On YouTube, Anderson Cooper carries a long report about the clear deception by Obama about his relationship with Ayers. It appears that he has been greatly dishonest about it.

If it's no big deal, why is he trying so hard to deceiver everyone and cover it up? And how bad is it when CNN calls you out a month before the election and won't carry the water for you?

 Obama blunders - Socialism

"Only about 600,000 small business will have their taxes raised."

Guess what?  THEY CAN'T AFFORD IT!

"Over 95% of American will get a tax cut."

But only half pay taxes.  Does that mean that 45% of Americans will be on government support in an Obama administration?  That's Socialism.

Pure and simple.

Stick it to the job-producing segment of our country and give the money to those who haven't hired anyone, won't hire anyone, didn't earn the money.

That's socialism.  There's a reason that's never worked.  And it never will.

McCain reference to Hoover was a powerful shot

McCain is getting passionate. He's not being statesmanlike, he's taking hard shots.

Obama would raise taxes in a recession like Hoover did.

Obama would practice protectionism like Hoover did.

And McCain blasts the notion that he would give a tax break to the wealthy.

Then Obama tried to break the rules and Tom Brokaw shut him down.  Reagan wouldn't have been shut down.  But then, he wouldn't have agreed to rules and then tried to break them immediately.

So far, not a great night for the Democrat.

Then, the added joke, "late talk express lost a wheel" on entitlements.

Not strong.
